Abstract Submission

The ASMG 2025 Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit abstracts. All abstracts must be submitted online via the "Abstract Submission". Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Accepted abstracts will be presented as (1) Oral Presentation or (2) Poster Presentation and will be published in the abstract book.  

Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract.

  Submit Your AbstractFill out author and abstract information and click "SUBMIT" button

  Confirmation LetterAfter your abstract submission, a confirmation letter will be sent to you via E-mail.

  STEP 03

  Modify Your AbstractTo update your submitted abstract, please submit a new version. The latest submission will be considered the final version

  STEP 04

  Acceptance NotificationAn acceptance notification will be sent to you via E-mail.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. All abstracts must be submitted online via the ASMG 2025 website. Submissions via email, fax, or post will NOT be accepted.  

2. Only original scientific material that has not been published before will be considered for presentation. However, abstracts presented at local, regional, or national meetings may be submitted. Case reports are also acceptable.  

3. Abstracts must be written in clear English (for international authors) and both in English and Vietnamese (for Vietnamese authors) and submitted no later than 23:59 (Vietnam Standard Time), August 30, 2025.  

4. The abstract should be objective and concise, structured into four sections: Background/Aim, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.  

5. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their abstracts are free of typos and grammatical errors.  

6. Authors may indicate their preferred presentation type (Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation); however, the final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee after review.  

7. Upon submission, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to the submitter, presenting author, and corresponding author. Please ensure that all contact details are correct, as important information regarding the presentation will be communicated via email.  

8. By submitting an abstract, authors grant the ASMG 2025 Organizing Committee the right to publish their abstracts.
